Inactive ingredients: isomalt (sugar sweetener), ethanol (flavoring solvent), menthol (refreshing flavor), sodium chloride (salt for flavor enhancement), 1,2-propylene glycol (retain moisture), WS-23 & W-3 (natural flavoring agent), citric acid (preservative), lactic acid (adjust PH), ethyl acetate & isopropyl acetate (fruity and sweet aroma.

How many pieces per can?
Every NBB can has 12 pieces of lozenges.

How long does each piece last? 
Time varies, use as recommended: Place the lozenge in your mouth and allow the lozenge to slowly dissolve, do not chew or swallow lozenge. Occasionally move then lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until completely dissolved.

What mg strength are offered?
We currently offer 2mg, with 4mg and 6mg to be released later in 2025.

What flavors are available now?
There are 6 flavors to start your day: Min, Roasted Coffee, Toffee, Strawberry
Yogurt, Watermelon and Matcha. More exciting flavors will come later.

Is there a legal buying age for NBB? 
While lozenges can be purchased at most local pharmacies and even online from large retailers like walmart.com and amazon.com, at NBB, we have designated a minimum 21 years old to purchase. We did this because NBB is formulated with flavors that is different from the brands that you find in other retailers, so we are using the most common practice for age restrictions for other nicotine product categories.

How long does it take to receive an order after I place it?
Orders are processed every business day and shipped out the next business day. Travel time after handing off to USPS will vary depending on your distance from our warehouse. Typically, orders should arrive with 5-6 business days.

What shipping method do you use? 
We use USPS first class or priority service, with adult signature required.

Do you ship to AFO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we will ship to AFO and FPO addresses, as long as USPS delivers to those destinations.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products within 30 calendar days of purchase. You do not have to return any opened cans to receive a refund. If you purchased more than one can, return the unopened cans.

What if I never received the order?
First and foremost, be sure you enter the correct delivery address. Once your order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. You will receive (1) order confirmation with (2) tracking information with carrier information. Transit times are generally between 2 to 7 business days depending on geographic location, which may vary on many other factors.
